Q? How long will it take to receive my order?
A. Once you approve your proof allow up to 7 business days for custom orders to ship. Stock items generally ship within 3 business days. Transit times vary depending on your shipping zip & zone.
Q? Do you offer financing?
A. Yes we do! You must have a brick and morter establishment. Deposit is required and terms are 60 days maximum. Please send us an email for consideration.
Q? Can the charging stations be delivered and set up?
A. We deliver to some Atlanta area locations only. Send us an email or give us a call to see if we service your area.
Q? How long will the charging station last?
A. Years and years & years! Our station are very durable and will last you for quite a bit of time, that said, like most wireless devices, the cords are subject to wear over time but generally last a few years.
Q? Are the charging station easy to set-up, maintain?
A. Absolutely! And we’ll show you everyhting you need to know to set-up and maintain.
Q? Can I change/switch out the designed vinyl on my charging station?
A. ABSOLUTELY! Use ANY branding, photo or design your lil heart desires to other vinyls that you can easily switch out in under 5 minutes. Additional vinyl are perfect for advertising specials, selling advertising space to other businesses or special events. Order extra customs vinyls here. Replacement Vinyl
Q? Can I use trademarked or copywritten images and logo’s in my design?
A. Unfortunately we do not currently hold any licensing rights, therefore we can not print any images that have a valid trademark or copyright. However, if you have a license or are in agreement to use protected images, please send an email with appropriate documentation prior to placing your order.
Q? Can I use nude, profane or racially charged images in my design?
A. No. We will not print any designs that include racist images or verbiage. We will not print images displaying full nudity or excessive, offensive language. If you are concerned with whether or not your design will print, please contact us prior to ordering.
Q? What are the charging station artwork requirements?
A. All artwork must be submitted as follows:
- 18.5 x 13 inches. Download our DesignTemplate here.
- ALLOWING 0.125 for bleed. Anything in the bleed area will not print. Please refrain from putting any text or important elements in the bleed area.
- Background or background color should extend all the way to the end.
- All images used should be vector. Text must have outlines.
- Files accepted: AI, EPS, PDF
Files will be rejected if they do not follow these guidelines, after the 3rd rejection a $52/hour artwork design charge will be applied for the design to be corrected.
